These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ANNA, our website, and related services provided by Sentinel Resilience Technologies LLC ("Sentinel," "we," "our," or "us").

By using our website or purchasing an ANNA Conversation Pass, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

ANNA is an AI emotional support companion designed to provide thoughtful conversation, encouragement, and companionship through natural voice interactions.

ANNA is intended to provide a welcoming conversational experience and is not a replacement for human relationships or professional services.

To use ANNA, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian if permitted by applicable law.
• Provide accurate information when requested.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Access to ANNA is provided through the purchase of an ANNA Conversation Pass.

Each Conversation Pass provides access to one conversation with ANNA.

Conversation Passes are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Use ANNA for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our systems.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our services.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Use ANNA to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

ANNA uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses.

Although we strive to provide helpful and thoughtful conversations, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for using your own judgment when relying on information provided during conversations.

ANNA is an AI emotional support companion.

ANNA is not:

• A licensed therapist
• A psychologist
• A psychiatrist
• A healthcare provider
• A crisis intervention service
• An emergency response service

ANNA does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, a mental health crisis, or are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

By purchasing a Conversation Pass, you agree to the pricing presented at checkout.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated at the time of purchase, Conversation Pass purchases are non-refundable once redeemed.

All content, software, technology, branding, logos, graphics, voice interactions, and other materials associated with ANNA and Sentinel Resilience Technologies remain the exclusive property of Sentinel Resilience Technologies LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our services without prior written permission.

Your use of ANNA is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
